Lifebridge Community Services Outpatient Program

The Lifebridge Community Services Outpatient Program is an alcohol and drug treatment program for adults in the Fairfield, Connecticut region who are struggling with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health problem. As a result, it provides services such as Cognitive/behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Telemedicine Therapy, and others that are consistent with its philosophy of effective therapies.
