Hockanum Valley Community Council Inc Vernon Connecticut, a state-licensed outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic serving adults, adolescents, and children (ages 7 and up) in the towns of Vernon, Ellington, Tolland, and the surrounding area, offers a wide range of counseling services and group work.
